We are a fourteen-person footwear house that behaves like a materials lab. We test on the floors people actually live on — wet tile, hawker concrete, granite trail, gym vinyl — and we publish what fails.

FIVE STEPS, NO SHORTCUTS
STEP 01
FLOOR SURVEY
We photograph and measure eleven real surfaces before a single sketch exists.
STEP 02
LAST CUTTING
Two widths, always. Feet in this region are wider than the moulds the industry ships.
STEP 03
TREAD MAPPING
One outsole geometry, tuned per surface. 4,200 slip tests on the slide alone.
STEP 04
400 KM TRIAL
Sixty testers, three cities. If the midsole packs out early, the model dies.
STEP 05
RESOLE, REPEAT
Send them back worn out. We resole, rehome, and publish the wear data.
